摘　　要：目的探讨听性脑干反应(ABR)检查在新生儿窒息中的应用价值。方法选取2019年2月至2020年12月本院收治的160例窒息新生儿,根据ABR检查结果的阈值异常程度将其分为对照组(正常新生儿组)及轻、中、重度窒息组,各40例。比较四组新生儿的波峰潜伏期及波峰间期值。比较轻、中、重度窒息组患儿的听力筛查通过情况。结果轻、中、重度窒息组BAEP的各波峰潜伏期及波峰期间值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。轻、中、重度窒息组的听力筛查通过率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论ABR检查能够发现潜在的听力损害和脑部损害,可作为治疗效果监测的辅助检查之一,有助于及时发现疾病,并采取相应的干预措施,对患儿尽早康复具有重要价值。Objective To investigate the application value of auditory brainstem response(ABR)in neonatal asphyxia.Methods A total of 160 neonates with asphyxia admitted in our hospital from February 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into control group(normal neonatal group),mild,moderate and severe asphyxia groups according to the abnormal degree of threshold of ABR examination results,with 40 cases in each group.The peak latency and peak interval were compared among the four groups.The passing of hearing screening in the mild,moderate and severe asphyxia groups were compared.Results The peak latency and peak period of BAEP in the mild,moderate and severe asphyxia groups were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the passing rate of hearing screening among the mild,moderate and severe asphyxia groups(P>0.05).Conclusion ABR examination can find potential hearing damage and brain damage,and can be used as one of the auxiliary examinations for treatment effect monitoring.It is helpful to timely detect the disease and take corresponding intervention measures,and is of great value for the early rehabilitation of children.
