摘　　要：目的探讨补肾化淤汤治疗强直性脊柱炎(AS)肾虚血瘀证的效果及对患者疾病活动程度、Bath强直性脊柱炎功能指数(BASFI)评分的影响。方法选取2018年6月至2020年12月我院接收的86例AS肾虚血瘀证患者进行研究,以治疗方案将其分为对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组采取常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加施补肾化淤汤。比较两组的临床疗效及Bath强直性脊柱炎疾病活动性指数(BASDAI)及BASFI评分。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的79.07%(P<0.05)。治疗后7、14、21 d,观察组的BASDAI、BASFI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾化淤汤用于AS肾虚血瘀证患者临床治疗中的效果满意,可有效改善疾病活动程度,提高患者的功能指数,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of Bushen Huayu decoction in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis(AS)with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and its influences on the degree of disease activity and Bath ankylosing spondylitis function index(BASFI)score of patients.Methods A total of 86 AS patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome received in our hospital from June 2018 to December 2020 were selected for research.According to the treatment scheme,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Bushen Huayu decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,Bath ankylosing spondylitis disease activity index(BASDAI)and BASFI scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than 79.07%in the control group(P<0.05).At 7,14 and 21 d after treatment,the scores of BASDAI and BASFI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Bushen Huayu decoction has a satisfactory effect in the clinical treatment of AS patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,it can effectively improve the degree of disease activity and the functional index of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
