逍遥散加味联合红金消结片对气滞血瘀型乳腺增生患者乳房超声指标及血管生成因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨逍遥散加味联合红金消结片对气滞血瘀型乳腺增生患者乳房超声指标及血管生成因子水平的影响。方法选取2019年11月至2020年12月我院接收的86例气滞血瘀型乳腺增生患者为研究对象,根据治疗方案将其分为对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组给予红金消结片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加施逍遥散加味治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、乳房超声指标及血管生成因子水平。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为93.02%,高于对照组的76.74%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的肿块直径、低回声区直径、腺体层厚度、输乳管内径均较治疗前减小,且观察组小于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的VEGF、bFGF水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论逍遥散加味联合红金消结片用于气滞血瘀型乳腺增生患者的临床治疗中疗效满意,不仅能改善乳房超声指标,还能有效调节机体血管生成因子水平,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the effects of modified Xiaoyao powder combined with Hongjin Xiaojie tablet on breast ultrasound indexes and angiogenic factors levels in patients with breast hyperplasia of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods Eighty-six patients with breast hyperplasia of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type received in our hospital from November 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the treatment scheme,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Hongjin Xiaojie tablet,and the observation group was treated with modified Xiaoyao powder on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,breast ultrasound indexes and angiogenic factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.02%,which was higher than 76.74%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the diameter of mass,the diameter of hypoechoic area,the thickness of glandular layer and the inner diameter of milk delivery tube in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were smaller than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of VEGF and bFGF in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Xiaoyao powder combined with Hongjin Xiaojie tablet has satisfactory curative effect in the clinical treatment of patients with breast hyperplasia of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type.It can not only improve breast ultrasound indexes,but also effectively adjust the angiogenesis factors levels,which is worthy of popularization and application.
