音乐疗法结合安抚、抚触护理对眼科疾病患儿抗拒情绪及配合度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨音乐疗法结合安抚、抚触护理对眼科疾病患儿抗拒情绪及配合度的影响。方法选取2019年12月至2020年12月我院收治的748例眼科疾病患儿作为研究对象,按照不同护理方案将其分为对照组与观察组,各374例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予音乐疗法结合安抚、抚触护理。比较两组的抗拒情绪、医疗恐惧感及配合度。结果干预后,观察组的哭闹、行为情绪、面部表情评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的医疗环境恐惧、人际关系恐惧、医疗操作恐惧、自我恐惧评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的配合度为96.52%,高于对照组的88.50%(P<0.05)。结论音乐疗法结合安抚、抚触护理用于眼科疾病患儿的护理中,可改善其抗拒情绪及医疗恐惧感,提高患儿的配合度,值得推广。Objective To explore the effects of music therapy combined with soothing and touching nursing on resistance emotions and cooperation of children with ophthalmic diseases.Methods A total of 748 children with ophthalmic diseases treated in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing schemes,with 374 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given music therapy combined with soothing and touching nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The resistance emotions,medical fear and cooperation of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of crying,behavior emotion and facial expression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of medical environment fear,interpersonal relationship fear,medical operation fear and self fear in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The cooperation in the observation group was 96.52%,which was higher than 88.50%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Music therapy combined with soothing and touching nursing in the nursing of children with ophthalmic diseases can improve the resistance emotions and medical fear,and increase the cooperation of children,which is worthy of promotion.
