预见性护理在氧驱雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管炎哮喘中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探究预见性护理在氧驱雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管炎哮喘中的应用效果。方法选取在本院行氧驱雾化吸入治疗的86例支气管炎哮喘患儿作为研究对象,依据护理方式将其分为常规组和预见组,各43例。常规组给予常规护理,预见组在常规组基础上应用预见性护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果预见组的治疗总有效率、护理满意度高于常规组,不良反应总发生率低于常规组,各临床症状消除时间、住院时间短于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床给予支气管炎哮喘患儿氧驱雾化吸入治疗时,应用预见性护理有助于提高治疗效果及安全性,促进患儿疾病尽早康复,提升患儿家属对护理的满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of predictive nursing in children with bronchitis and asthma treated by oxygen drive atomization inhalation.Methods A total of 86 children with bronchitis and asthma treated by oxygen drive atomization inhalation in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and the children were divided into routine group and predictive group according to the nursing method,with 43 cases in each group.The routine group was given routine nursing,and the predictive group applied predictive nursing on the basis of the routine group.The nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment and nursing satisfaction in the predictive group were higher than those in the routine group,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the routine group,and the elimination time of clinical symptoms and hospital stay were shorter than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of oxygen drive atomization inhalation for children with bronchitis and asthma,the application of predictive nursing will help to improve the treatment effect and safety,promote the early recovery of children's diseases,and improve the satisfaction of children's families with nursing.
