摘　　要：对于乡村生态振兴战略面临的价值变现问题,从现象看是生态系统核心要素人地业价值共创的难题,从本质看是生态系统协调发展的制度逻辑冲突问题。战略转型期使得本就复杂的价值变现问题变得更为复杂。生态振兴战略转型过程内含价值再造过程,本质上是制度逻辑重构过程。按照"价值共识—价值创造—价值再造"的价值共创思路,乡村生态振兴战略之道是:村落不仅是一个生活、生态和生产"三生融合"的生命共同体,也是一个人与自然和谐共生的复杂适应系统;当振兴战略进入到转型期,要抢抓战略窗口机会,在防止村落生态系统核心要素人地业系统失调和价值共毁的前提下,从根本上化解不符合村落生态共生规律和人地业协调发展的制度逻辑冲突,通过制度学习和制度创业,进行从资本主导逻辑走向生态主导逻辑的制度逻辑重构,走上村落生态共生和人地业价值协调共创的可持续发展道路。The value realization problem faced by the rural ecological revitalization strategy is the core element of the ecosystem,that is,the problem of the co-creation of human,land and industry values.In essence,it is the conflict of system logic in the coordinated development of the ecosystem.Strategic transformation makes the problem of value realization more complicated.The process of transformation of ecological revitalization strategy contains the process of value reconstruction,which is essentially the process of institutional logic reconstruction.According to the idea of “value consensus--value creation--value reconstruction”,the strategy of rural ecological revitalization is as follows:village is not only a community of life,ecology and production,but also a complex adaptive system of harmonious coexistence between man and nature.When the revitalization strategy enters the transformation period,it is necessary to seize the opportunity of the strategic window and fundamentally resolve the institutional logic conflicts that do not conform to the law of village ecological symbiosis and the coordinated development of human,land and industry on the premise of preventing the maladjustment of the human,land and industry system and the co-destruction of values of the core elements of village ecosystem.At the same time,institutional logic should be reconstructed from capital-dominated logic to eco-dominated logic through institutional learning and institutional entrepreneurship,so as to embark on the sustainable development path of ecological symbiosis of villages and coordinated co-creation of human-land-industry values.
