摘  要:根据国家电投新能源建设的要求,狮子滩水电新能源集控中心将接入集团在渝的水电、风电及光伏等新能源项目,该中心将建设成为国家电投集团区域性水电新能源生产运营中心。本文首先根据水电站、风电场和光伏电站的自动化系统各自特点,提出不同的数据网络接入方案;其次本文按照系统的冗余性、安全分区等要求介绍了集控中心的系统结构设计;最后,介绍了电站辅控系统接入方案。整个方案贯彻“数字化、智能化、智慧化”的设计理念,坚持“设备对象数字化”、“设备管理及高级应用智能化”、“数据分析及决策应用智慧化”等原则。According to the requirements of the state power investment corporation’s new energy construction, Shizitan hydropower new energy centralized control center will be connected to the group’s hydropower, wind power, photovoltaic and other new energy projects in Chongqing. The center will be built into a regional hydropower new energy production and operation center of the state power investment corporation. This paper firstly proposes different data network access schemes according to respective characteristics of automation systems of hydropower stations, wind farms and photovoltaic power stations;secondly, according to the requirements of system redundancy and security partitions, this paper introduces the system structure design of centralized control center;finally, the access scheme of auxiliary control system of power station is introduced. The whole scheme implements the design concept of "digitization, intelligence and wisdom", and adheres to the principles of "digitization of equipment objects", "intelligence of equipment management and advanced applications", and "intellectualization of data analysis and decision-making applications".
