摘 要:以江苏省三河闸工程弧形闸门为例,采用层次分析法构建弧形钢闸门安全性评估指标体系,同时基于理想点法(TOPSIS)对该闸门的安全进行综合评估。结果表明:支臂稳定性、腐蚀速率和主梁强度是影响弧形闸门安全性的最重要的三个指标;计算得到正、负理想点综合测度D_(1)和D_(2)分别为0.459和0.594,贴近度为0.436,表明三河闸弧形闸门当前处于“良好”的安全状态,评价结果与现场专家鉴定结果基本一致,说明基于TOPSIS法进行弧形闸门安全评价合理可行。Taking radial gate of Sanhe Sluice Project in Jiangsu Province as an example, the analytic hierarchy process is used to construct the safety evaluation index system of radial steel gate, and the safety of the gate is comprehensively evaluated based on Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(TOPSIS). The results show that the stability of support arm, the corrosion rate and the strength of main beam are the three most important indexes affecting the safety of radial gate;the comprehensive measures D1 and D2 of positive and negative ideal points are calculated to be 0.459 and 0.594 respectively, and the closeness is 0.436, indicating that radial gate of Sanhe Sluice is in a "good" safety state, and the evaluation results are basically consistent with the evaluation results of field experts, which shows that the safety evaluation of radial gate based on the TOPSIS method is reasonable and feasible.
