血液透析联合药物治疗重症尿毒症的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 分析探究血液透析联合药物治疗重症尿毒症的治疗效果。方法 此次研究采取随机盲选法,将2018年11月至2019年11月广东省佛山市高明区人民医院收治的40例重症尿毒症患者划分为两组,对照组20例采取常规西医方法医治,观察组20例采取血液透析联合药物方法医治,并对两组疗效、皮肤瘙痒评分及生活质量评分情况进行对比评价。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组在皮肤瘙痒评分方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经积极医治后,观察组在皮肤瘙痒评分方面明显比对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,在生活状态、心理功能、社会功能及躯体功能四项生活质量指标评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组均显著要比对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 重症尿毒症患者采取血液透析联合药物疗效显著,能够减轻皮肤瘙痒,明显改善生活质量,值得在临床治疗领域中使用及推广。Objective To analyze and explore curative effect of hemodialysis combined with drugs in treatment of severe uremia.Methods The paper chose 40 cases severe uremia patients treated in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019,and divided them into two groups by random blind selection mehtod,20 cases in control group were treated with routine western medicine,20 cases in observation group with hemodialysis combined with drugs.Then,curative effect,skin pruritus scores and life quality scores were compared and evaluated between two groups.Results Total effective rate of observation group was 95.00%,significantly higher than 75.00% of control group (P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in skin pruritus scores between two groups (P>0.05);after active treatment,skin pruritus scores in observation group were significantly lower than control group (P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in scores of life status,psychological function,social function and physical function (P>0.05);after treatment,those of observation group were significantly higher than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Hemodialysis combined with drugs can achieve significant effect for severe uremia patients,can reduce skin pruritus and improve life quality significantly;Therefore,it is worthy of application and promotion in field of clinical treatment.
