优质护理用于顺产产妇第四产程产后出血的作用效果观察及有效性评价

摘　　要：目的 探究分析对顺产产妇采取优质护理对第四产程产后出血的改善作用和有效性。方法 抽取广州市第一人民医院南沙分院产科收治的96例住院顺产产妇(案例选取观察时间为2019年7月至2020年7月)纳入本组研究,为凸显优质护理的的护理效果,将抽取的96例患者全部按照随机数字表法划分为两组并对其展开分组调研。对照组(48例)产妇,采取常规产科护理,观察组(48例)产妇,采取优质护理,对比两种不同护理方式对应产妇第四产程产后出血情况、产后抑郁情况以及对护理服务的满意度。结果 ①第四产程产后出血情况对比:观察组采用优质护理后,其产后出血率和产后2h出血量均较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②产后抑郁情况对比:两组患者经护理后,其SDS评分均较护理前有所下降,但观察组的评分较对照组明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③护理服务满意度情况对比:经问卷调查结果显示,观察组患者的护理总满意度为95.83%,较之于对照组的83.33%满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对顺产产妇采取优质护理有助于降低第四产程产后出血率和出血量,能够稳定产妇产后心理状态,促进产后快速恢复。经观察鉴定是一种安全有效的护理方式,可以考虑大力推广应用于产科临床护理。Objective To explore and analyze improvement effect and effectiveness of quality nursing on postpartum hemorrhage at the fourth stage of labor.Methods The paper chose 96 cases hospitalized parturients with spontaneous delivery (observation time was from July 2019 to July 2020) in obstetrics department of Nansha branch of Guangzhou City The First People’s Hospital.To highlight nursing effect of quality nursing,96 cases were divided into two groups according to random number table method.Control group (48 cases) was treated with routine obstetric nrusing,and observation group (48 cases) with quality nursing.Postpartum hemorrhage,postpartum depression and satisfaction degree with nursing services in the fourth stage of labor was compared.Results ①Comparison of postpartum hemorrhage in the fourth stage of labor:after nursing,postpartum hemorrhage rate and 2H postpartum hemorrhage volume in observation group was lower than control group,data observed and recorded in two groups were analyzed and compared with SPSS 22.0 statistical software (P<0.05);②Comparison of postpartum depression:after nursing,SDS scores of two groups decreased compared with that before nursing,score of observation group were significantly lower than control group,data observed and recorded by two groups were analyzed and compared with SPSS 22.0 statistical software,results showed P<0.05;③Comparison of nursing service satisfaction degree:questionnaire survey results showed,total nursing satisfaction degree of patients in observation group was 95.83%,higher than 83.33% in control group.Data observed and recorded in two groups were analyzed and compared with SPSS 22.0 statistical software,results showed P<0.05.Conclusion Quality nursing can reduce rate and amount of postpartum hemorrhage of spontaneous parturients in the fourth labor stage,stabilize postpartum psychological state of parturients and promote rapid postpartum recovery,which can be widely appled in obstetric clinical nursing as a safe and effective nursing method after observati
