无张力疝修补术应用于老年人腹股沟疝的临床护理要点研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨无张力疝修补术应用于老年人腹股沟疝的临床护理要点。方法 选取惠州卫生职业技术学院附属医院2018年01月至2019年12月收治的50例老年腹股沟疝患者,全部患者行无张力疝修补术,以随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和研究组,各25例,对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予综合护理,对比两组术后疼痛感受(以NRS量表评价)、并发症情况,并比较两组患者对于临床护理的总体评价(满意度)。结果 研究组术后NRS评分低于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组,对临床护理的总体评价优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 综合护理用于老年腹股沟疝行无张力疝修补术患者中,能够较好减轻患者术后疼痛感受,预防多种并发症影响,且患者对于该护理模式的满意度评价更高,综合护理的应用价值显著。Objective To explore clinical nursing points of tension-free hernia repair of the elderly with inguinal hernia.Methods The paper chose 50 cases elderly patients with inguinal hernia treated with tension-free hernia repair in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019,and divided them into control group and study group randomly,with 25 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,study group with comprehensive nursing.Postoperative pain feeling (evaluated by NRs scale) and complications,overall evaluation (satisfaction degree) of clinical nursing was compared between two groups.Results Postoperative NRS scores of study group were lower than control group,incidence of postoperative complications was lower than control group,and overall evaluation of clinical nursing was better than reference group,difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can reduce postoperative pain and prevent effect of various complications for elderly inguinal hernia patients with tension-free hernia repair,with higher satisfaction evaluation of nursing model,and significant application value of comprehensive nursing.
