基于快速康复理念的临床护理路径在LC手术患者围术期中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探究基于快速康复理念的临床护理路径在LC手术患者围术期中的应用。方法 回顾性分析选取2019年2月至2020年6月潮阳区人民医院行LC手术治疗的胆囊结石患者94例,据护理方式不同将其分为两组,对照组与研究组,每组47例。对照组围术期方案为临床护理路径,研究组围术期方案是基于对照组实施融合快速康复理念,比对两组患者疼痛评分、住院时间及并发症情况。结果 研究组术后2h及12h疼痛评分、住院时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后研究组HAMA评分、HAMD评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率6.4%低于对照组并发症发生率25.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者的围术期施以基于快速康复理念的临床护理路径,可显著缓解其疼痛程度,缩短住院时间,缓解患者不良情绪,避免并发症产生,值得推广使用。Objective To explore application of clinical nursing path based on rapid rehabilitation concept in perioperative period of LC patients.Methods The paper chose 94 cases gallstone patients with LC surgery in our hospital from February 2019 to June 2020 for retrospective analysis,and divided them into two groups according to different nursing methods,control group and study group,with 47 cases in each group.Perioperative scheme of control group is clinical nursing path,and that of study group is integrated rapid rehabilitation concept based on control group.Pain scores,length of hospital stay and complications were compared between two groups.Results Pain scores and hospital stay at 2h and 12h in study group were lower than control group (P<0.05);after nursing,HAMA scores and HAMD scores of study group were lower than control group (P<0.05);incidence of complications in study group was 6.4% lower than control group (25.5%) (P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative application of clinical nursing path based on rapid rehabilitation concept can significantly alleviate pain,shorten length of stay,relieve bad mood and avoid complications of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy,which is worthy of promotion and application.
