孕期乳头保健在预防产后乳腺炎中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的探析孕期乳头保健在产后乳腺炎预防中的应用价值。方法选取鄂州市妇幼保健院2018年1月—2020年1月收治的100例乳头凹陷孕妇为对象进行研究,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组实施产前健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上实施孕期乳头保健,对比2组乳腺炎发生率、其他并发症发生率、产后7 d及14 d乳汁量。结果观察组的乳腺炎发生率为2%,比对照组的16%低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的其他并发症发生率为2%,比对照组的20%低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产后7 d、14 d的乳汁量均比对照组多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对孕期妇女实施乳头保健,能够有效预防产后乳腺炎及其他并发症的发生,增加产后乳汁量,为产后母乳喂养提供支持,应予以推广。Objective To explore the application value of nipple health care during pregnancy in the prevention of postpartum mastitis.Methods 100 cases of pregnant women with nipple depression in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were equally divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given prenatal health education,while the observation group was given nipple care during pregnancy on the basis of the control group.The incidence of mastitis,other complications,milk volume of 7 days and 14 days after delivery were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of mastitis in the observation group was 2%,which was lower than that in the control group(16%),the difference was significant,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was 2%,which was lower than that in the control group(20%),the difference was obvious,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the milk volume of the observation group on 7 days and 14 days after delivery was more than that of the control group,the difference was significant,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of nipple health care for pregnant women can effectively prevent the occurrence of postpartum mastitis and other breast complications,and can also increase the amount of postpartum breast milk,and provide support for postpartum breastfeeding,which should be promoted.
