舒芬太尼联合罗哌卡因椎管内麻醉在无痛分娩中的效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究在无痛分娩中应用舒芬太尼联合罗哌卡因椎管内麻醉的效果。方法96例研究对象选自随州市妇幼保健院2018年10月—2020年10月间收治的产妇,采用随机数字表法分为2组各48例,比对组患者单纯用罗哌卡因麻醉,分析组患者联合应用舒芬太尼和罗哌卡因。比对分析2组镇痛效果、镇痛起效时间、分娩方式。结果分析组麻醉10 min、30 min、60 min、宫口全开时VAS评分均低于比对组(P<0.05);分析组镇痛起效、镇痛完全阻滞时间均短于比对组(P<0.05);分析组自然分娩率明显高于比对组(P<0.05)。结论舒芬太尼联合罗哌卡因椎管内麻醉在无痛分娩中应用能够取得理想的麻醉效果,明显提高自然分娩率,缩短镇痛起效、镇痛完全阻滞时间,值得借鉴。Objective To study the efficacy of sufentanil combined with ropivacaine in spinal anesthesia for painless delivery.Methods 96 cases of puerpera in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were randomly divided into control group(n=48)and Analysis Group(n=48).The analgesic effect,analgesic onset time and delivery mode of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The VAS score of the analysis group was lower than that of the control group at 10 min,30 min,60 min of anesthesia and full opening of uterine orifice(P<0.05);the onset time and complete block time of analgesia of the analysis group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05);the natural delivery rate of the analysis group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sufentanil combined with ropivacaine spinal anesthesia in painless childbirth can achieve ideal anesthetic effect,significantly improve the natural childbirth rate,shorten the onset time of analgesia,analgesia complete block time,has important clinical guiding value.
