摘 要:微细电火花铣削是实现金属微结构加工最具潜力的加工方法之一,而电极形状损耗一直制约着该技术的工程化应用,找出电极形状变化规律,实现电极形状损耗的控制是解决该问题的根本途径。在现有的研究成果基础上,针对微细电极凹底损耗现象进行深入研究:设计正交实验提炼凹底损耗的主要影响因素;在正交实验的基础上,运用响应曲面设计建立凹底损耗的响应模型,估计凹底损耗出现的临界范围;根据相关理论,分析凹底损耗的形成机理。研究结果表明:峰值电流与脉冲宽度是影响凹底损耗的主要因素;凹底损耗现象出现在二者形成的一个近似线性的范围内;趋肤效应对其形成的影响较大。研究成果为实现微细电极的形状控制提供一定的实验及理论依据,对高效微细电火花铣削加工提供技术支撑。Micro-EDM milling is one of the most potential methods to realize metal micro-structure processing,and the wear of electrode shape has been restricting the engineering application of this technology. Finding out the change law of electrode shape and maintaining stable electrode shape are the fundamental way to solve this problem. A further study on concave bottom wear of micro electrode is carried out:orthogonal experiments are designed to extract the main influencing factors of concave bottom wear;on the basis of the orthogonal test results,the response model is established by response surface design,and the critical range of the concave bottom wear is estimated;the formation mechanism of concave bottom wear is summarized by analyzing the relevant theory. The results show that:The peak current and pulse width are the main factors affecting the concave bottom wear;The concave bottom wear occurs in an approximate linear range formed by the two;Skin effect has a great influence on its formation.The research results provide some experimental and theoretical basis for realizing the shape control of micro electrode and technical support for high efficiency micro-EDM milling.
