摘  要:在研制分体式牙刷自动装配机期间,发现牙刷头的上料存在弹料和倒料现象,这导致牙刷自动装配机的装配成功率下降。为解决这一问题提高装配成功率,借助Ansys Workbench显示动力学分析模块对牙刷头的上料过程进行了仿真分析,着重研究上料推头与牙刷头在上料期间存在的作用机理。通过分析结果和数据对比发现在上料过程中牙刷头存在向上的跳动以及牙刷头与上料推头之间存在接触不紧密的情况。在此基础上对上料推头的结构进行了改进,并进行了仿真分析,经实物测试,确认改进后的机构能够显著改善这些问题。During the development of the split-type automatic toothbrush assembly machine,it was found that the loading of the toothbrush head was erosive and dumping,which resulted in a decrease in the assembly success rate of the automatic toothbrush assembly machine.In order to solve this problem and improve the assembly success rate,the dynamic analysis module of Ansys Workbench is used to simulate the loading process of the toothbrush head,and the mechanism of action of the feeding head and the toothbrush head during feeding is emphasized. Through the comparison of the analysis results and the data,it was found that there was an upward jump of the brush head during the loading process and a situation in which the contact between the brush head and the loading head was not tight.On this basis,the structure of the feeding head was improved,and the simulation analysis was carried out.After physical testing,it was confirmed that the improved mechanism can significantly improve these problems.
