摘  要:针对目前坐姿人体全身水平振动研究不够深入的问题,对自己设计的分裂式汽车座椅与普通汽车座椅进行研究,开展汽车座椅舒适性研究。利用电动振动台产生正弦白噪声信号对两种汽车座椅进行水平和垂向振动试验,得到人体坐姿头部传递函数曲线。利用虚拟样机仿真软件Adams/LifeMOD进行坐姿人体水平全身振动仿真实验,最终得出水平方向振动人体头部传递函数曲线在3Hz达到峰值,5Hz时趋于平缓;垂直方向在4Hz达到峰值,7Hz时趋于平缓,验证了分裂式汽车座椅人体头部传递函数曲线的有效性。In order to solve the problem that the horizontal vibration of sitting posture is not deep enough,the split car seat and ordinary car seat designed by ourselves are studied,and the comfort of automobile seat is studied. The horizontal and vertical vibration tests of two kinds of automobile seats are carried out by using the sine white noise signal generated by the electric shaking table,and the transfer function curve of the head of the human body posture is obtained. The simulation experiment of horizontal whole body vibration of sitting posture is carried out by using virtual prototype simulation software Adams/LifeMOD. Finally,it is concluded that the transfer function curve of horizontal vibration human head tends to be smooth at 3 Hz and 5 Hz,and the vertical direction reaches the peak value at 4 Hz and flat at 7 Hz,which verifies the effectiveness of the transfer function curve of split automobile seat human head.
