多磺酸粘多糖乳膏联合氯雷他定治疗慢性阴囊湿疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察多磺酸粘多糖乳膏联合治疗慢性阴囊湿疹的疗效及不良反应。方法 将91例慢性阴囊湿疹患者随机分为两组,两组患者均口服氯雷他定分散片,每天1次,每次10 mg,治疗组外用多磺酸粘多糖乳膏,每天2次,对照组外用丁酸氢化可的松乳膏,每天2次,3周末比较两组间的疗效及不良反应。结果 治疗组和对照组治疗后积分均有显著的下降,两组方案对慢性阴囊湿疹均有显著的疗效(P<0.05);痊愈率比较:治疗组52.08%、对照组55.81%,两组疗效相当(χ^(2)=0.127,P>0.05);有效率比较:治疗组83.33%、对照组86.05%,两组疗效相当(χ^(2)=0.128,P>0.05),两组均无明显不良反应。结论 多磺酸粘多糖对慢性阴囊湿疹疗效较好,不良反应较少。Objective To observe the effect of Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate combined with loratadine in the treatment of chronic scrotal eczema.Methods Ninety-one patients with chronic scrotal eczema were randomly divided into two groups.Both groups were treated with loratadine dispersible tablets once a day,10 mg each time.The treatment group was treated with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream twice a day,and the control group was treated with hydrocortisone butyrate cream twice a day.The efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups at the end of 3 weeks.Results The score of treatment group and control group decreased significantly.The two groups had significant effect on chronic scrotum eczema (P<0.05).The recovery rate was 52.08% in the treatment group and 55.81% in the control group,and the curative effect of the two groups was similar (χ^(2)=0.127,P>0.05).The effective rate was compared:83.33% in the treatment group and 86.05% in the control group,the curative effect of the two groups was similar (χ^(2)=0.128,P>0.05),and there was no obvious adverse reaction between the two groups.Conclusion Mucopolysaccharide polysulfate has good effect on chronic scrotal eczema,and less adverse reactions.
