摘 要:目的 探讨自制回收装置收集自体骨泥的有效性以及其在治疗四肢与锁骨骨折中的价值。方法 对我院2020年1月-2021年1月收治的89例四肢与锁骨骨折患者进行分析,采取随机数字排列表法将患者分为实验组(45例)与对照组(44例),实验组通过自制回收装置收集自体骨泥进行术中植骨,对照组通过常规方法收集骨泥。术后1、3、6、12个月定期随访,观察患者恢复情况并对比两组病例治疗优良率、手术时间、手术中出血量和骨泥收集量。结果 术后1年内所有患者伤口均达到骨性愈合,未发生明显并发症。实验组与常规组治疗总有效率分别是93.3%和93.1%(P>0.05),差异无统计学意义。两组数据相比,术中出血量和手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但实验组收集到的骨泥体积与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在四肢与锁骨骨折的手术过程中采用自制回收装置收集自体骨泥进行术中植骨,经济方便,骨泥收集效率高,治疗效果良好,值得临床应用和推广。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of self-made intraoperative autogenous bone slurry recycling device and its value in the treatment of extremity and clavicle fractures.Methods A total of 89 patients with extremity and clavicle fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were analyzed.The patients were divided into an experimental group (45 cases) and a control group (44 cases) by a random number ranking method.The experiment group used a self-made recycling device to collect autogenous bone slurry for intraoperative bone grafting,and the control group used conventional methods to collect bone slurry.Regular follow-up at 1,3,6,and 12 months after surgery was carried out to observe the patient’s recovery and compare the excellent and good rate of treatment,the operation time,the amount of bleeding during the operation,and the amount of bone slurry collected between the two groups.Results All patients’ wounds achieved bone healing within 1 year after operation,and no obvious complications occurred.The total effective rates of treatment in the experimental group and the conventional group were 93.3% and 93.1% respectively (P>0.05),and there was no significant difference.There was no significant difference in intraoperative blood loss and operation time between the two groups (P>0.05),but the volume of bone slurry collected in the experimental group was significantly different from that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion During the operation of extremity and clavicle fractures,the self-made recovery device is used to collect autogenous bone slurry for intraoperative bone grafting.It is economical and convenient,with high bone slurry collection efficiency and good treatment effect.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
