自制引流管和大黄芒硝外敷对剖宫产肥胖产妇手术切口愈合的影响

摘　　要：目的 探究在剖宫产肥胖产妇手术切口愈合治疗中使用自制引流管和大黄芒硝外敷治疗法所取得的治疗效果。方法 选取2020年5月-2021年5月在医院中接受剖宫产治疗的100例产妇,利用随机分组法分为2组,每组50例。常规治疗法用于对照组,自制引流管和大黄芒硝外敷治疗法用于观察组。结果 观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,切口愈合率高于对照组,疼痛度低于对照组,切口脂肪液化发生率、切口愈合时间及住院时间低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在剖宫产肥胖产妇手术切口愈合治疗中使用自制引流管和大黄芒硝外敷治疗方法,有助于降低患者并发症发生率,提升切口愈合度,减轻患者疼痛感,切口愈合效果好。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of self-made drainage tube and external treatment of cesarean section.Methods 100 pregnant women who received cesarean section in the hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were randomly divided into 2 groups with 50 cases in each group.Routine treatment was used in the control group,and the homemade drainage tube and rhubarb nitrate application were applied in the observation group.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the wound healing rate was higher than that in the control group,the degree of pain was lower than that in the control group,and the incidence of wound fat liquefaction,wound healing time and hospital stay were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The use of homemade drainage tube and external treatment of rhubarb nitrate can help reduce the incidence of complications,improve incision healing,reduce pain and have good incision healing effect.
