安坤胶囊治疗月经失调的临床价值及可行性研究

摘　　要：目的 分析安坤胶囊治疗月经失调的临床价值及可行性。方法 遴选80例月经失调患者,随机分为治疗组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),对照组应用常规西药治疗,治疗组在西药治疗基础上再应用安坤胶囊治疗。分析两组疗效,观察激素水平、月经周期的变化,记录不良反应。结果 治疗组的总有效率为92.50%,治疗后的FSH水平为(8.93±3.85)IU/L,LH水平为(154.28±14.73)IU/L,E;水平为(6.77±3.58)pg/mL,月经周期为(26.47±2.56)d,比之对照组,差异均显著(P<0.05);两组的不良反应发生率相比,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论 安坤胶囊在阴虚血热所致的月经不调患者中的治疗效果突出,其中药组方中益母草、当归、白芍、白术等都可发挥活血化瘀、清热滋阴、养血补肝、调节阴阳的作用。安坤胶囊治疗月经失调的临床效果显著,可推广应用。Objective This study is to analyze the clinical value and feasibility of Ankun Capsule in the treatment of menstrual disorders.Methods Eighty patients with menstrual disorders were selected and randomly divided into treatment group (n=40) and control group (n=40).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Ankun Capsule on the basis of western medicine.Analyze the efficacy of the two groups,observe the changes in hormone levels and menstrual cycles,and record adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.50%,FSH level was (8.93±3.85) IU/L,LH level was (154.28±14.73) IU/L,E;level was (6.77±3.58) pg/mL,menstrual cycle was (26.47±2.56) d,compared with the control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Ankun Capsule in Yin deficiency and blood heat caused by menstrual disorders in patients with outstanding therapeutic effect,in which the medicine prescription of motherwort,angelica,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Atractylodes macrocephala can play the role of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,clearing heat and nourishing yin,nourishing blood and tonifying liver,regulating yin and yang.The clinical effect of Ankun Capsule in the treatment of menstrual disorders is significant,which can be popularized and applied.
