摘 要:目的 探讨互动式职业卫生档案具体管理措施,便于提升其规范管理性,最大程度上利用档案。方法 对职业卫生档案行规范化操作,使其电子化,建立数据储存库进行归档管理;建立信息群,群内共享档案信息资料。结果 职业卫生档案电子化,建立信息共享平台。结论 利用互动式职业卫生档案将职业卫生档案电子化、规范化,且可根据指引对建立健全相关职业病档案进行合理有效利用和整理,使其规范化,进而能在职业病防治中得到推广运用。Objective To discuss the specific management measures of interactive occupational health files to improve the standard management ability and use the archives to the greatest extent.Methods Occupational health files were standardized in electronization,and data repository for archiving and management was established;information group was established and file information in the group was shared.Results Electronization of occupational health archives and establishment of information sharing platform were achieved.Conclusion The interactive occupational health files can be electronic and standardized,and they can be reasonably and effectively used and sorted out in establishing and improving the relevant occupational disease files according to the guidelines,and then they can be popularized in the prevention of occupational disease.
