摘 要:消防队介入时间是减少火灾损失、提高灭火成功概率的关键,作为消防队介入时间的重要部分,行车时间受到路况、天气等因素的影响,具有很大的不确定性。以位于远郊区和城市中心区域的两个典型古建筑群灭火救援的消防行车时间为研究对象,采用基于电子地图模拟导航的方法实时获取不同时刻消防站到古建筑群的行车时间,结合数据统计对比分析结果表明:城市中心区域的消防行车时间统计特征具有显著时变性,远郊区的消防行车时间统计特征则时变性不明显;分布特征前者全天3个时段均服从对数正态分布,后者服从均匀分布;天气等因素对消防行车时间有显著影响。The intervention time of fire brigade was the key to reduce losses and increase the firefighting success probability.As an important part of fire brigade intervention times,travel time is affected by road conditions,weather and other factors,and has great uncertainty.This paper took two typical ancient building complexes located in the suburban area and the city center as the object of study,and used the method based on electronic map simulation navigation to obtain the firefighting travel time from the fire station to the ancient building with different moments in real time.The results of statistical comparison and analysis show that the statistical characteristics of firefighting travel time in the city center area has significant time variability,while the statistical characteristics in the suburban area has no significant time variability;the distribution characteristics of the former obeys log-normal distribution in all three periods throughout the day and the latter obey uniform distribution;and the weather and other factors have a significant effect on the firefighting travel time.
