摘  要:针对厨余垃圾收运后集中处理模式的收集难、成本高的问题,设计了分布式就地厌氧消化工艺,用研制的设备进行半连续试验。运行80 d左右趋于稳定,稳定后的VS去除率高于60%;VS_(进料)产气率、VS_(进料)甲烷产率分别为0.444 m^(3)/kg VS、0.245 m^(3)/kg VS,VS_(去除)产气率、VS_(去除)甲烷产率分别为0.737 m^(3)/kg VS和0.413 m^(3)/kg VS左右;pH值从5.5升至7.5,稳定阶段的碱度为4750 mg/L左右;VFAs先增后降至570mg/L,VFAs/碱度先从0.64增至0.8,然后降至0.4以下;丁酸、丙酸和乙酸分别占出料VFAs的74.2%、9.2%、6.7%,丙酸/乙酸低于1.4;沼气净化后,甲烷含量为96%~97%。In order to In order to solve the problems of difficult collection and high cost of centralized treatment mode of kitchen waste after collection and transportation,a distributed in-situ anaerobic digestion process was designed,and semi-continuous test was carried out with the developed equipment.The process and equipment tended to be stable after running around 80 days,and the VS removal rate was higher than 60%.VS_(feed) gas production rate and VS_(feed) methane production rate were 0.444 m^(3)/kg VS and 0.245 m^(3)/kg VS respectively,and VS_(removal) gas production rate and VS_(removal) methane production rate were about 0.737 m^(3)/kg VS and 0.413 m^(3)/kg VS respectively.pH value increased from 5.5 to 7.5,and the alkalinity in the stable stage was about 4750 mg/L.VFAs increased first and then decreased to 570 mg/L,VFAs/alkalinity increased from 0.64 to 0.80,and then dropped to below 0.40.The proportion of butyric acid,propionic acid and acetic acid were 74.2%,9.2%and 6.7%respectively,and propionic acid to acetic acid ratio was below 1.4.Methane content was 96%to 97%after biogas purification.
