摘  要:设计合成了一种水溶性吲哚乙烯基半菁衍生物荧光探针D。实验证明,在纯水和4-羟乙基哌嗪乙磺酸(HEPES)缓冲溶液体系中,探针D可以对Cr^(3+)进行裸眼识别。通过紫外-可见吸收光谱和荧光发射光谱,研究了探针D对Cr^(3+)的具体识别性能。探针D对Cr^(3+)识别不易受其它金属阳离子的干扰,探针D与Cr^(3+)的配合比为1∶1,检测限为0.89×10^(-8)mol/L,低于世界卫生组织(WHO)要求的饮用水中Cr^(3+)浓度(9.60×10^(-8)mol/L),说明探针D对Cr^(3+)识别具有灵敏专一性的特点。使用荧光发射光谱检测不同水样中Cr^(3+)的含量,证明探针D在实际条件下也可以对Cr^(3+)进行定量分析,说明探针D具有可实际应用价值。A water-soluble fluorescent probe D based on a derivative of indolevinyl hemicyanine was designed and synthesized.Experimental evidence shows that probe D could be used to identify Cr^(3+) with naked eyes in distilled water and 4-hydroxyethylpiperazine ethanesulfonic acid(HEPES)buffer.The specific recognition performance of probe D for Cr^(3+) was determined by ultraviolet-visible(UV-Vis)absorption spectroscopy and fluorescence emission spectroscopy.The results prove that the recognition of probe D for Cr^(3+) will not be impacted by other metal cations,and the complexation ratio of probe D and Cr^(3+) is 1∶1.The detection limit is 0.89×10^(-8)mol/L which is lower than the Cr^(3+) content(9.60×10^(-8)mol/L)in the drinking water standard recommended by the World Health Organization(WHO),demonstrating the sensitivity and specificity of probe D for Cr^(3+).Fluorescence emission spectroscopy was used to detect Cr^(3+)content in different water samples.The testing results show that probe D could analyze Cr^(3+)quantitatively under actual conditions,indicating its potential in the practical application.
