户外空间围透度对老年人生理-心理恢复性影响研究

摘　　要：在我国老龄化现象严重的社会背景下,人居环境与老年人身心健康的关联性越来越受到社会各界的高度关注。文中以户外空间的围合程度作为变量,探究对老年人身心恢复最具影响的户外空间围透度特征对老年人生理-心理恢复性影响的差异性。通过6个空间场景4个维度的环境模拟实验,结合心率与皮肤导电性等生理指标的数据测量与感知恢复性评价,得出不同空间围透度下老年人生理-心理反馈指标与恢复性效应之间的关系及差异性比较,分析其产生原因,并基于实验研究结果提出相应的设计建议。Under the background of serious population aging in Chinese society, the relationship between living environment and physical and mental health of elderly has been raised more attention. The difference between the influence of outdoor space permeability on the physical-psychological recovery of the elderly was investigated with the opening degree of outdoor space as a variable. According to the environmental simulation tests with six spatial scenes and four dimensions, the data measurement of physiological indexes such as heart rate, skin conductivity,and the perceptual restorative evaluation were collected. The relationship and difference between the physiological indicators and the recovery effect of the elderly under different spatial circumferences were obtained. Finally, the causes were analyzed, and the corresponding design suggestions were put forward based on the experimental results.
