摘 要:文中利用高贝利特硫铝酸盐水泥开发可喷射超高韧性水泥基复合材料,其抗压、抗拉和弯曲性能良好,可喷性好、回弹率低。试验结果表明,该材料28d龄期抗压强度为42.0MPa,拉伸强度为3.48MPa,拉伸应变稳定在1.5%以上;四点弯曲试验表明,随薄板厚度增加,其弯曲强度逐渐降低,60mm薄板抗弯强度仍可达到8.75MPa,具有明显的应变硬化特征和多缝开裂现象,可用于一般结构的抢修、加固,具有很好的实用性。In this paper, high belite sulphoaluminate cement(HBCSA)is used to develop sprayable ultra-high toughness cement-based composites, which have good compressive, tensile and bending properties, good sprayability, and low rebound rate. The test results show that the compressive strength of the material at 28 d age is 42.0 MPa;the tensile strength is 3.48 MPa;the tensile strain is stable above 1.5 %;the later strength continues to develop. The four-point bending testing results show that the bending strength decreases gradually with the increase of the thickness of the thin plate, and the bending strength of the 60 mm-thick thin plate can reach 8.75 MPa. It has obvious strain hardening and multiple cracking characteristics, which can be used for the repair and strengthening of general structures.
