摘  要:为探究有限元空间数值模拟结合挂篮预压试验综合分析模式在悬臂施工挂篮结构安全性验证中的可行性,以某连续梁桥施工用菱形挂篮为工程背景,利用有限元软件建立其挂篮模型,对底托系统、导梁系统、前上横梁、主桁架、中门架和挂篮杆件进行强度计算,对主桁架、前横梁、导梁、吊杆、底纵梁、前托梁和挂篮模型进行刚度计算,对主桁架进行倾覆计算,各构件计算结果均在规范允许范围内;同时结合挂篮预压试验及相关数据进行综合对比,结果表明有限元数值模拟结合挂篮预压试验的分析模式,可以合理应用在挂篮结构的选型及桥梁结构线形控制领域。In order to explore the feasibility of finite element spatial numerical simulation combined with preloading test in the safety verification of cantilever construction traveller structure, taking the rhombic traveller used in the construction of a continuous beam bridge as the engineering background, the traveller model is established by using finite element software to calculate the strength of the bottom support system, guide beam system, front upper beam,main truss, middle portal frame and traveller members, and calculate the strength of the main truss, front beam,guide beam, suspender The stiffness of the bottom longitudinal beam, front joist and traveller model is calculated,and the overturning of the main truss is calculated. The calculation results of each component are within the allowable range of the specification. At the same time, combined with the basket preloading test and related data, the results show that the finite element numerical simulation combined with the basket preloading test analysis mode can be reasonably applied to the basket structure selection and bridge structure linear control field.
