摘  要:为研究给排水管道外加保温材料、内通热媒管道措施对防止管道冻结和减小多年冻土影响的效果。文中通过采用两种不同的保温材料进行试验,分析得出聚氨酯保温材料比岩棉更加适用于热媒给排水管道保温,防止管道冻结和维持周围多年冻土的状态。通过建立给排水系统仿真模型分析得出采用管道保温措施的情况下,在土体冻结期内管道内温度为负值;当采用热媒时管道内流体温度可维持正温,不发生冻结。In order to study the effect of water supply and drainage pipeline with external thermal insulation material and internal heat medium on preventing pipeline freezing and reducing the impact of permafrost. Through the test of two different thermal insulation materials, it is concluded that polyurethane thermal insulation material is more suitable for thermal insulation of heat medium water supply and drainage pipeline than that of rock wool,so as to prevent the pipeline from freezing and maintain the state of permafrost around. By establishing the simulation model of water supply and drainage system, it is concluded that when the pipeline insulation measures are adopted, the temperature in the pipeline is negative during the soil freezing period, When heat medium is used,the fluid temperature in the pipeline can maintain a positive temperature without freezing.
