摘 要:当利用岛状多年冻土作为建筑工程的地基时,其不稳定的性质容易引起的工程质量事故,处理难度及费用较高。文中通过对岛状多年冻土进行石灰桩预融处理试验,得出岛状多年冻土预融处理的一系列试验参数,填补了建筑工程行业岛状多年冻土处理技术的空白,为将来实际工程中普通应用提供借鉴。When Island permafrost is used as the foundation of construction engineering, its unstable nature is easy to cause engineering quality accidents, and the treatment difficulty and cost are very high. In this paper, the island permafrost foundation is pretreated by lime pile, and a series of auxiliary tests are carried out to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the pre-thawing treatment technology from theories to practices. It would fill the gap of island permafrost treatment technology in construction engineering, and will be widely used in practical engineering in the future, which may bring great social and economic benefits.
