摘 要:球城市网络体系下,通过全球城市网络理论机制推导发现,城市通过人才集聚推动技术创新,技术创新推动经济要素集聚从而实现城市规模报酬递增效应。基于2002-2017年中国290个地级以上城市相关数据并构建固定效应面板模型,通过相关检验并对理论验证得出结论如下:第一,从整体上看,技术创新水平与城市经济增长呈显著正向效应;第二,技术创新水平可以通过涟漪效应带动关联产业发展,从而推动经济增长;第三,科技投入与教育水平的作用不显著印证了国内各城市间激烈的"人才争夺战";第四,内资对技术创新的作用显著高于外资,也是推动城市经济增长的重要因素。Based the Global City-Network system,through the derivation of the theoretical mechanism of the global urban network,it is found that cities promote technological innovation through talent agglomeration,and technological innovation promotes the agglomeration of economic factors,so as to realize the increasing effect of urban returns to scale.Based on the relevant data of 290 cities above prefecture level in China from 2002 to 2017,a fixed effect panel model is constructed.Through relevant tests and theoretical verification,the conclusions are as follows:first,on the whole,there is a significant positive effect between the level of technological innovation and urban economic growth;Second,the level of technological innovation can drive the development of related industries through ripple effect,so as to promote economic growth;Third,the role of science and technology investment and education level is not significant,which confirms the fierce"talent competition"among domestic cities;Fourth,the role of domestic capital in technological innovation is significantly higher than that of foreign capital,which is also an important factor to promote urban economic growth.
