摘 要:肾性骨病(ROD)是慢性肾脏病常见的并发症,严重影响患者的生活质量及生存时间,精准诊断及评估肾性骨病仍然是肾科医生面临的巨大挑战。近年来随着医学技术的不断发展,肾性骨病的诊断方法取得了长足的进步,尤其是新型的核素骨显像技术逐渐受到研究者的关注。本文就肾性骨病的诊断现状及最新进展做一述评,并对未来可能的研究方向进行展望,以期提高临床上诊断肾性骨病的水平。Renal osteodystrophy(ROD)is a common complication of chronic kidney disease,which seriously affects the quality of life and survival time of patients.Accurate diagnosis and evaluation of ROD is still a great challenge for nephrologists.In recent years,with the continuous development of medical technology,the diagnosis of renal osteodystrophy has made great progress,especially the new radionuclide bone imaging technology has gradually attracted the attention of researchers.Therefore,we reviewed recent progress of the diagnosis of ROD and prospect the possible research direction in the future,which might benefit for the improvement of diagnosis of ROD.
