摘　　要：中欧班列(长沙)的发展不断提速,但其现有的运输能力赶不上运输需求,并且短时期内无法得到彻底改变,因此文章拟将运量预测、货源分析、客户管理和智能配载几大模块集成为一个综合智能化、数字化的运输管理系统,并对每个子系统框架进行了详细介绍。以此实现长沙湘通国际铁路港有限公司中欧班列(长沙)板块运营的提质降本增效。The development of China-European Railway Express(Changsha)has been speeding up,but its existing transportation capacity cannot catch up with the transportation demand and cannot be completely changed in a short period of time.Therefore,this paper intends to integrate several modules of transportation volume forecast,cargo source analysis,customer management and intelligent load distribution into a comprehensive intelligent and digital transportation management system,and introduces each sub-system framework in detail.In this way,the quality,efficiency and cost reduction of China-European Railway Express(Changsha)operation can be achieved.
