摘  要:文章针对下闸首采用传统计算方法难以定量分析墙体内部应力、空间位移以及基岩变形模量对墙体的影响等问题,以东风岩船闸下闸首分离式结构为例,采用三维非线性有限元方法,建立船闸闸首结构的仿真力学模型,利用ANSYS10.0有限元分析软件对不同工况下闸首的位移、内力等进行计算,再将有限元计算结果与传统计算方法结果进行比对分析,总结有限元计算的特点及优势。研究表明,有限元计算结果可为船闸闸首的优化设计、安全评价、结构设计提供参考依据,并建议将此方法作为闸首结构的补充计算方法,从而弥补传统计算方法在局部结构处理、地基变形模量对结构影响考虑不足等缺点。The paper was set in the Yangtze Estuary Deep-water Channel(12.5 m)maintenance dredging Project,combing with the factors include siltation characteristics,dredging working condition and ship performance etc.,utilized empirical formula and statistical data of dredgers to analysis and research the dredging efficiency in running period of Yangtze Estuary Deep-water Channel(12.5 m).It was found that the three main factors affecting the dredging efficiency by summary and calculation,which include siltation is highly concentrated in time and space,high large-ship navigation density in the deep-water channel and low utilization ratio of temporary disposal area.In this project,with the measures that allocated dredging resources properly in accordance with siltation characteristics,made dredging schedule scientifically for dredgers and increased the trips to temporary disposal area for dredgers were taken,the average loaded volume of dredger increased by 25%,the time utilization increased by 5%and daily dredging trips increased by 16%.As a whole,the dredging efficiency of Yangtze Estuary Deep-water Channel(12.5 m)maintenance dredging Project could increase by 15%to 20%.
