阿卡波糖片联合甘精胰岛素治疗糖尿病患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察阿卡波糖片联合甘精胰岛素治疗糖尿病患者的疗效。方法120例糖尿病患者,按照组内随机抽选的方式分为对照组及观察组,每组60例。对照组在常规治疗的基础上给予阿卡波糖片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予甘精胰岛素治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、体质量指数,并发症发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白分别为(6.05±1.16)mmol/L、(9.56±1.45)mmol/L、(5.67±1.42)%,低于对照组的(7.34±1.35)mmol/L、(11.05±1.47)mmol/L、(7.05±1.34)%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的体质量指数(23.93±1.92)kg/m2低于对照组的(25.13±1.54)kg/m2,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的并发症发生率5.00%低于对照组的16.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者采用阿卡波糖片联合甘精胰岛素进行治疗,能够有效提升患者的治疗效果,稳定患者的血糖水平,帮助患者尽快恢复,降低糖尿病对患者造成的影响。Objective To observe the efficacy of acarbose tablets combined with insulin glargine in the treatment of diabetes mellitus patients.Methods A total of 120 patients with diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acarbose tablets on the basis of conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with insulin glargine on the basis of the control group.Both groups were compared in terms of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin before and after treatment,body mass index,and complications.Results After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of the observation group were(6.05±1.16)mmol/L,(9.56±1.45)mmol/L,and(5.67±1.42)%,which were lower than(7.34±1.35)mmol/L,(11.05±1.47)mmol/L,and(7.05±1.34)%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The body mass index(23.93±1.92)kg/m2 of the observation group was lower than(25.13±1.54)kg/m2 of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate 5.00%of the observation group was lower than 16.67%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acarbose tablets in combination with glargine insulin for diabetes mellitus patients can effectively enhance the therapeutic effect,stabilize blood glucose levels,help patients recover as soon as possible and reduce the impact of diabetes mellitus on patients.
