从宏大叙事走向公共需求——以长汀县行政服务中心项目为例

摘　　要：在构建服务型政府的时代背景下,人民群众对于美好生活的需求也在不断提升,对政府行政服务中心提出了新的要求和期待。文章通过介绍长汀县行政服务中心的规划与设计,以"宏大叙事"和"公共需求"为出发点,从复合型功能、空间的公共性以及可持续性设计等方面探讨如何改变政府行政服务中心宏大的主题与尺度,转而重新审视公众的需求与日常的意义,致力于营造出关注民生、充满公共趣味以及开放包容的空间场所。In the context of building a service-oriented government, people’s demand for a better life is also rising, and new requirements and expectations are put forward for the administrative service center of the government. In this paper, through the introduction of the planning and design of Changting County Administrative Service Center, with the "grand narrative" and "public interest" as a starting point, from the aspects of complex function, public space and sustainable design and so on to discuss how to change the government administrative service center grand theme and scale, to review the demand of the public and the significance of daily, is committed to create the attention livelihood of the people, full of public interest and open spaces with tolerance.
