摘 要:乡村民居建筑发展迅速,但新建民居与乡村生土建筑相比,如何降低能源消耗的问题一直是学者们研究的重点。民居朝向、南北向窗墙比、围护结构传热性能、室内外温度、室内湿度、自然通风等是建筑节能的研究内容。前人使用DesignBuilder、Ecotect、EnergyPlus、DeST-H等软件模拟分析,得到民居建筑节能的优化方案;在评价指标方面,获取民居室内外必要的实测数据,通过热环境PMV-PPD评价,得到民居节能改进建议。以上均为国内外研究农村民宅建筑节能的常用方式,文章将通过整理与研究,以发掘它们的优缺点,为乡村民宅建筑节能研究提供借鉴与依据。Rural residential buildings are developing rapidly.However,how to reduce the energy consumption of new residential buildings compared with rural earthen buildings has always been the focus of scholars’research.Residential orientation,north-south window wall ratio,heat transfer performance of enclosure structure,indoor and outdoor temperature,indoor humidity and natural ventilation are the research contents of building energy conservation.Predecessors used designbuilder,Ecotect,EnergyPlus,DeST-h and other software to simulate and analyze,and obtained the optimization scheme of residential building energy conservation.In terms of evaluation indicators,obtain the necessary indoor and outdoor measured data of residential buildings,and obtain suggestions for energy-saving improvement of residential buildings through thermal environment PMV-PPD evaluation.The above are the common ways to study the energy conservation of rural residential buildings at home and abroad.The paper will be sorted and studied to explore their advantages and disadvantages and provide reference and basis for the research of energy conservation of rural residential buildings.
