青岛近现代传统风貌建筑外窗修缮改造研究

摘　　要：外窗的修缮改造是建筑风貌保护的重点,同时也是建筑节能改造的重点。对传统风貌建筑外窗的修缮改造需要考虑建筑的风貌保护,同时兼顾其节能需求。里院建筑作为青岛近现代最具代表性的历史性建筑,构成了城市特殊的风貌。文章通过分析四方路历史街区传统风貌建筑外窗的保存现状以及已有的四方路里院外窗改造措施,结合建筑风貌保护要求,得出兼顾节能效益的外窗修缮改造方案,并为青岛里院建筑的外窗修缮改造提供借鉴。The repair and retrofit of external windows plays an important role in the building style protection,but also the focus of building energy saving transformation.The renovation of the windows of traditional style buildings needs to consider the protection of the style of the building and the energy-saving benefits of the building.As the most representative historic building in modern times of Qingdao,Liyuan buildings constitute a special feature of the city.Based on the analysis of the preservation status of the external windows of the traditional style buildings of historic street on Sifang Road and the existing renovation measures of the external windows of the Liyuan buildings,combined with the protection requirements of the architectural style,this paper obtains the renovation scheme of the external windows,which takes into account the energy-saving benefits,and provides reference for the renovation of the external windows of the Liyuan buildings in Qingdao.
