摘　　要：以高速公路为代表的我国交通基础设施建设为经济社会快速发展提供了重要支撑和强力保障,但高速公路建设、运营会对环境资源造成一定影响。阐述了我国高速公路发展动态及其全生命周期内对环境资源的损伤特征,探讨了高速公路全生命周期内以内源性降耗、减排为主的环境资源再生利用技术。The construction of transportation infrastructure represented by expressway provides important support and strong guarantee for the economic and social rapid development.However,the construction and operation of expressways are at the expense of environmental resources.The development trend and characteristics of damage to environment resources of expressway are preliminarily expounded,in China.And the technical countermeasures of environmental resources recycling based on endogenous consumption and emission reductions are discussed in the whole life cycle of expressway.
