摘 要:针对生产过程中产生的含硫柳汞废水,研究了膜分离法、活性炭吸附法、化学氧化法、蒸发法、化学沉淀法、膜分离法+活性炭吸附法对硫柳汞的去除效果。试验结果表明,初始废水中硫柳汞浓度为50 mg/L,膜分离法、化学氧化法、蒸发法、化学沉淀法均有一定的去除效果,但经处理后的废水达不到排放标准;三级活性炭吸附法和膜分离法+活性炭吸附法处理效果较理想,经处理后废水中汞浓度低于0.005 mg/L,实现废水达标排放,可作为含硫柳汞废水达标排放推荐工艺。The removal efficiency of thiomersal in wastewater from production was studied by membrane separation,activated carbon adsorption,chemical oxidation,evaporation,chemical precipitation,“membrane separation+activated carbon adsorption”.The experimental results show that the initial concentration of thiomersal in wastewater is 50 mg/L,the membrane separation method,chemical oxidation method,evaporation method and chemical precipitation method have certain effect on the removal of thiomersal in wastewater,but the treated wastewater can’t meet the discharge standard;the three-stage activated carbon adsorption method and“membrane separation+activated carbon adsorption”method have better treatment effect,and the mercury concentration in wastewater after treatment is less than 0.005 mg/L,which can be used as the recommended process for the standard discharge of thiomersal wastewater.
