摘　　要：代谢综合征(MS)是机体碳水化合物、脂肪、蛋白质等物质代谢紊乱的病理状态,临床表现以血压、血脂、血糖水平升高和肥胖为主。MS机制复杂,交感神经系统(SNS)过度激活是重要机制之一。静息心率(RHR)加快是反映机体SNS过度激活的窗口指标,MS与RHR加快均为心血管损伤的危险因素,常共同出现,需及早干预。目前,西医的初期治疗以运动饮食干预为主,后期针对不同组分及合并症予以干预。中医可在西医治疗基础上予以方剂、针灸等治疗,从而取得更好的疗效。未来应设计前瞻性试验,探索新的中西医结合诊疗方法。Metabolic syndrome(MS)is a pathological state of metabolic disorder of carbohydrate,fat,protein and other substances in the body,and its clinical manifestations are mainly elevated blood pressure,blood lipid,blood glucose level and obesity.The mechanism of MS is complex,and the hyperactivation of the sympathetic nervous system(SNS)is one of the important mechanisms.Accelerated resting heart rate(RHR)is a window indicator reflecting the excessive activation of SNS.MS and accelerated RHR are both risk factors of cardiovascular injury,which often occur together and require early intervention.At present,the initial treatment of western medicine is mainly exercise diet intervention,and pertinent interventions for different components and complications in the later stage.On the basis of western medicine,traditional Chinese medicine can offer prescriptions,acupuncture and moxibustion to achieve better curative effect.In the future,prospective trials should be designed to explore new diagnosis and treatment methods of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.
