摘 要:随着临床监测技术和计算机技术的不断提升,人工智能在临床麻醉学领域得到飞速发展,它利用机器学习算法建立数学模型,自动化处理临床数据,凭借闭环系统、决策辅助系统、自动化图像识别等技术推动临床麻醉工作的智能化运转,通过人机交互与合作,不断优化工作流程,提高临床麻醉效率。虽然目前人工智能在临床医学的应用还面临一定的风险与挑战,但其在临床麻醉学领域的应用仍具有广阔的前景。人工智能与麻醉学的交叉应用,将不断推动临床麻醉学向新型智能化医疗模式转变。With the continuous improvement of clinical monitoring technology and computer technology,artificial intelligence has developed rapidly in the field of clinical anesthesia.It uses machine learning algorithms to establish mathematical model,automatically process clinical data,promote the intelligent operation of clinical anesthesia by virtue of closed-loop system,decision-making auxiliary system,automatic image recognition and other technologies,continuously optimize the workflow and improve the efficiency of clinical anesthesia through human-computer interaction and cooperation.Although artificial intelligence still faces some risks and challenges in the clinical medicine,it still has great application prospects in the field of anesthesiology.The cross application of artificial intelligence and anesthesiology will continue to promote the transformation of clinical anesthesiology to a new intelligent medical model.
