摘  要:吸入麻醉药已广泛用于临床手术,但其对中枢神经系统的具体作用及相关机制尚不完全明确。吸入麻醉药可能具有神经保护作用,在缺血性脑损伤中,吸入麻醉药预处理和后处理均可保护受损的脑神经,且已在动物实验中得到证实,但在临床研究中吸入麻醉药神经保护作用的数据还相对匮乏。同样地,吸入麻醉药神经毒性作用目前也仅在相关动物研究中得到证实,临床研究也尚未得出吸入麻醉药具有神经毒性的结论。深入了解吸入麻醉药对中枢神经系统的作用,可为麻醉方法的选择提供临床参考依据。Inhaled anesthetics have been widely used in clinical operation,but their specific effects on the central nervous system and related mechanisms are not completely clear.Inhaled anesthetics may have a neuroprotective effect.In ischemic brain injury,both pretreatment and post-treatment of inhaled anesthetics can protect damaged cerebral nerves,which have been confirmed in animal trials,while data on the neuroprotective effect of inhaled anesthetics in clinical studies are relatively scarce.Similarly,the neurotoxic effects of inhaled anesthetics have only been confirmed in animal studies,and no conclusion has been drawn in clinical statistical analysis.Through further understanding of the effects of inhaled anesthetics on the central nervous system,it will provide clinical references for selecting better anesthesia methods.
