摘  要:以苯乙烯—丁二烯—甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物(SBG)作为增容剂,与废旧高抗冲聚苯乙烯(rPS-HI)、聚苯醚(PPE)进行熔融共混,制备rPS-HI/PPE/SBG共混物,并与rPS-HI/PPE共混物进行了对比。结果表明,SBG作为rPS-HI/PPE共混物的增容剂有效改善了PPE与rPS-HI的相容性。当SBG的用量为5份时,共混物的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和缺口冲击强度分别提升到原有的113.4%,110.2%和190.2%;材料的熔体流动速率略有下降。傅里叶变换红外光谱与接触角测试可以证明SBG中的环氧基团与rPS-HI老化产生的极性较大的羟基和羧基发生了反应,生成了极性较小的醚键和酯基;同时动态力学测试显示出适量SBG的加入使共混物中PS-HI与PPE玻璃化转变峰差值减小,改善了材料的相容性;扫描电子显微镜结果表明,适量SBG较好地分散于rPS-HI/PPE共混物基体中,起到界面增容的作用,提高了界面粘附性,进一步改善了共混物的相容性。Styrene-butadiene-glycidyl methacrylate(SBG)used as a compatibilizer was melt-blended with recycled high-impact polystyrene(rPS-HI)and polyphenylene ether(PPE)to obtain a rPS-HI/PPE/SBG blend.The obtained blends were compared with the rPS-HI/PPE blends.The results show that SBG as a compatibilizer for rPS-HI/PPE blends effectively improve the compatibility of PPE with rPS-HI.When the amount of SBG added is 5 phr,the tensile strength,flexural strength and notched impact strength of the blends are increased to 113.4%,110.2%,and 190.2%of the original ones respectively.The melting index of the material decrease slightly.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and contact angle tests demonstrate that the epoxy groups in SBG react with the more polar hydroxyl and carboxyl groups generated from rPS-HI aging to form less polar oxide and ester groups.Dynamic mechanical analysis tests show that the addition of the appropriate amount of SBG reduce the glass transition temperature peak difference of the blends and improve the compatibility of the materials.The results of scanning electron microscopy show that the appropriate amount of SBG is better dispersed in the rPS-HI/PPE blend matrix,which play the role of interfacial compatibility,improve interfacial adhesion and further enhance the compatibility of the blend.
