摘 要:在微尺度下,为了保证塑料微管成型的精度,必须考虑熔体的可压缩性对塑料微管成型的影响。针对微尺度下熔体的可压缩性,对塑料微管的双层气垫层气辅挤出成型的过程进行了有限元数值模拟,并且与不可压缩熔体所得到的数值分析的结果进行了对比。对壁厚为1 mm以下的塑料微管的挤出过程中熔体的密度、微管的内半径、熔体的壁厚、温度、X及Y速度进行了分析。分析表明,熔体的可压缩性不仅影响塑料微管挤出时X速度的变化,即影响其壁厚、内半径等的变化,而且影响了塑料微管Y速度的变化,即影响其挤出速度、牵引速度等的变化。In the micro-scale,in order to ensure the accuracy of plastic microtube molding,the influence of the compressibility of the melt on the molding of plastic microtubes must be considered.With regard to the compressibility of the melt at the micro-scale,the finite element numerical simulation of the air-assisted extrusion molding process of the double-layer air cushion of the plastic microtube was carried out and were compared with the numerical analysis results obtained from the incompressible melt.The density of the melt,the inner radius of the microtube,the wall thickness,temperature,X and Y speed of the melt during the extrusion process of the plastic microtube with a wall thickness of 1 mm or less were analyzed.The analysis show that the compressibility of the melt not only affect the change of X speed when the plastic microtube is extruded,that is,it affects the change of its wall thickness,inner radius,etc.It also affects the change of Y speed of the plastic microtube,that is,it affects the change of its extrusion speed,traction speed and so on.
