摘  要:分析了碳纤维(CF)增强聚合物(CFRP)复合材料特别是CF增强聚醚醚酮(PEEK/CF)复合材料在新一代可重复使用航天运载器(RSLVs)低温燃料贮箱上应用的优势,并根据RSLVs低温燃料贮箱对材料的要求,介绍了低温环境及低温-室温热循环处理对PEEK/CF复合材料内部结构、气体渗透性能和力学性能影响的研究进展。在此基础上,借鉴对CFRP复合材料低温性能优化以及对PEEK/CF复合材料的室温性能优化的相关研究,对PEEK/CF复合材料低温性能的优化途径进行了展望,提出改进CF和PEEK界面的结合强度可能是PEEK/CF复合材料低温性能优化的可行方法。The advantages of carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP)composites,especially carbon fiber reinforced poly(ether-ether-ketone)(PEEK/CF)composites as one of the materials choices of the futural cryogenic fuel tank for reusable space launch vehicles(RSLVs)were analyzed.According to the requirements of cryogenic fuel tank for RSLVs materials,the research progress of the effects of cryogenic environment and cryogenic thermal cycle on the internal structure,gas permeability and mechanical properties of PEEK/CF composites was introduced.On this basis,referring to the relevant researches on the cryogenic properties optimization of CFRP composites and the room temperature properties optimization of PEEK/CF composites,the optimization methods of cryogenic properties of PEEK/CF composites were prospected.It is proposed that improving the interfacial bonding strength between carbon fiber and PEEK may be a feasible method for the cryogenic properties optimization of PEEK/CF composites.
