摘  要:目的探讨案例教学法在呼吸科护理规范化培训中的应用效果。方法具有带教资质的临床护理骨干进行教学案例编写,内容参照新入职护士培训大纲中呼吸内科专业理论与实践能力培训内容,构建呼吸科规范化培训护理教学案例库。在我科规范化培训的护士设为对照组与试验组,对照组采用常规护理教学法,试验组实施案例教学。采用临床工作能力实境考核、专科理论与操作考核、住院患者对护理服务满意度对两组护士进行评价。结果临床工作能力实境考核中专业知识、病情评估、护理程序等指标在两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);专科理论、护理操作考核得分在两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);住院患者护理服务满意度总分、健康教育得分、出院指导得分在两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论案例教学法能够提高新入职护士临床工作能力,提高住院患者对护理服务满意度。Objective To explore the construction and application effect of cases pool of standardized training nursing teaching in respiratory department.Methods The cases pool of standardized training nursing teaching in respiratory department was constructed.The cases-based teaching was conducted for experimental group.In the Control Group,nurses were given routine nursing instruction.Results There were significant differences between the two groups in terms of professional knowledge,disease assessment,nursing procedures,and strain management(P<0.05).There were significant differences between the two groups in the scores of specialist theoretical assessment and specialist nursing operation assessment(P<0.05).There were significant differences between the two groups in the scores of inpatient nursing service satisfaction,health education and discharge guidance(P<0.05).Conclusion The case teaching method could improve the clinical work ability of new nurses,and also improve the satisfaction degree of inpatients to nursing service.
