摘 要:目的研究对提高成人单人BLS质量和持久性最佳的BLS再培训周期。方法将120名规培生随机分为4组,每组30名,其中E1、E2、E3组为试验组,C组为对照组,首先同时对4组进行BLS课程基础培训并考核(T1),然后统一强化训练后再进行一次考核(T2),之后E1、E2、E3组分别接受周期为2个月、3个月、6个月的定期加强培训,最终在第12个月进行第三次考核(T3),每次考核各组胸外按压,(CC)数据均被记录并比较。结果通过统一强化训练(T1 vs.T2),各组平均CC深度、频率、总达标率均显著提高(P<0.05),各组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组在定期加强培训后,平均CC深度、CC总达标率较加强培训前差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),E1和E2之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但均明显优于E3组。T3和T2比较,对照组平均CC深度及CC总达标率均较前有所下降(P<0.05)。结论定期加强培训对提高成人单人BLS技能质量和持久性有显著作用,以三个月为理想的再培训周期。Objective To investigate the optimal timing of refresher training to improve skill quality and retention of single adult BLS.Methods 120 medical students were randomized into three refresher training groups(E1,E2,E3)and a control group(C).After basic BLS lecture,their skills were assessed(T1).All groups received second examination(T2)after 30min booster training with instructor and automated feedback.Then E1,E2,E3 participated refresher training every 2,3 or 6 months while C did not receive refresher training.All groups took skill retention test(T3)1 year after initial training.Results 120 participants were enrolled and 113 of them completed this study.All participants’skills were significantly improved after booster training but no differences among the four groups.Compared to C,better skill retention was observed in E1,E2,E3 after refresher training.There were no differences between E1 and E2 but both of them were significantly better than E3 in mean CC depth and total compliance.Conclusion Results revealed refresher training conducted every 3 months are effective in improving skill quality and retention of single adult BLS.
