摘  要:目的探索关节镜模具教学在骨科住院医师规范化培训学生运动医学教育中的应用效果。方法以2020年9月—2021年9月作者所在医院学习的40名住培学员为研究对象,将其随机分为关节镜模具组及对照组,对照组采用小讲课、视频教学及手术带教的传统教学方法,关节镜模具组在对照组教学的基础上联合关节镜模具教学方法。比较两组学员对关节镜手术的熟练程度及出科考成绩。结果关节镜模具组学员的关节镜手术熟练程度及出科考成绩(80.75±7.48 vs.73.75±7.05)分均优于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论关节镜模具教学可以显著提高骨科住培学员在运动医学中的教学效果。Objective To explore the teaching effects of arthroscopy simulation in sports medicine education for orthopedic residents.Methods 40 orthopedic residents studying in the author’s hospital from September,2020 to September,2021 were randomly divided into the arthroscopy simulation group and the control group.The control group adopted traditional teaching methods including lectures,video teaching and surgical teaching.In addition to traditional teaching methods,arthroscopy simulation teaching was applied in the arthroscopy simulation group.The examination results and proficiency of arthroscopic surgery were compared between the two groups.Results The arthroscopic surgery proficiency and examination results(80.75±7.48 vs.73.75±7.05)of the students in the arthroscopy simulation group were superior to the traditional teaching group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The arthroscopy simulation can significantly improve the teaching effect of orthopedics residents in sports medicine.
