思连康联合蒙脱石混悬液治疗小儿腹泻的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析双歧杆菌四联活菌片(商品名:思连康)联合蒙脱石混悬液治疗小儿腹泻的效果。方法68例小儿腹泻患儿作研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组34例。对照组行蒙脱石混悬液治疗,观察组行思连康联合蒙脱石混悬液治疗。比较两组患儿治疗效果、临床指标(止泻时间、脱水改善时间、大便恢复正常时间)、实验室指标[超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、红细胞计数(RBC)、白细胞计数(WBC)]。结果观察组治疗总有效率94.12%高于对照组的73.53%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的止泻时间为(0.88±0.47)d、脱水改善时间为(1.32±0.66)d、大便恢复正常时间为(1.92±0.58)d,均短于对照组的(1.35±0.71)、(1.82±0.51)、(2.72±0.88)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患儿的hs-CRP(7.51±1.62)mg/L、RBC(4.66±1.22)×10^(12)/L、WBC(6.57±1.09)×10^(9)/L均低于对照组的(11.19±2.09)mg/L、(6.22±1.18)×10^(12)/L、(10.01±2.19)×10^(9)/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论思连康联合蒙脱石混悬液治疗小儿腹泻患儿可有效改善患儿相关指标,提高治疗有效性,建议临床使用。Objective To analyze the effect of live combined bifidobacterium,lactobacillus,enterococcus and bacillus cereus tablets(trade name:Siliankang)combined with smectite suspension on infantile diarrhea.Methods A total of 68 cases of infantile diarrhea as the research subjects were divided into observation group and control group by random numerical table,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with smectite suspension,and the observation group was treated with Siliankang and smectite suspension.Both groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect,clinical indicators(diarrhea control time,dehydration improvement time,stool recovery time),laboratory indicators[high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),red blood cell count(RBC),white blood cell count(WBC)].Results The total effective rate of treatment 94.12%in the observation group was higher than 73.53%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,diarrhea control time was(0.88±0.47)d,dehydration improvement time was(1.32±0.66)d,and stool recovery time was(1.92±0.58)d,which were shorter than(1.35±0.71),(1.82±0.51),and(2.72±0.88)d in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the hs-CRP(7.51±1.62)mg/L,RBC(4.66±1.22)×10^(12)/L,and WBC(6.57±1.09)×10^(9)/L of the observation group were all lower than(11.19±2.09)mg/L,(6.22±1.18)×10^(12)/L,and(10.01±2.19)×10^(9)/L of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Siliankang and smectite suspension in the treatment of infantile diarrhea can effectively improve the relevant indicators of patients and improve the effectiveness of treatment,which is recommended for clinical use.
